This document represents the Terms and Conditions of Use of the StaffyAI website (www.staffyai.com). This document is a mutually binding agreement between the User and StaffyAI Inc. StaffyAI Inc. is a company established in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA], registered at: [Your Registered Address].
StaffyAI Inc. will be referred to as StaffyAI in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines and instructions. The Terms and Conditions of using the StaffyAI Website, together with the amendments made to it and other regulations of StaffyAI, constitute a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the User.
By registering on the Website or accessing our services, the User accepts and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and agrees to be bound by them. If the User does not agree with the content of StaffyAI’s legal documents, they may not use the Website or services; however, StaffyAI requests the User to provide comments by email. In case of additional questions, complaints, or requests, the User can contact StaffyAI via email at support@staffyai.com. The StaffyAI team is ready to answer the User’s questions in detail.
The terms used in this document have the following meanings:
StaffyAI (hereinafter «we,» «our,» «website») - StaffyAI Inc., established following the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA], registered at: [Your Registered Address];
User - A legal entity or an individual who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to access services on StaffyAI, including data transformation and indexing for enterprise purposes;
User’s consent - Expressed consent to read this document by the User and process their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy;
Third party - Any natural or legal person, public institution;
Direct marketing - The direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by phone, mail, email, or other electronic means for the formation and maintenance of interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, idea, service, work, and/or initiative, as well as image and social issues, for sales and/or support purposes;
Registration - Creating a personal account;
Account - Personal page registered by the User on StaffyAI;
Service Providers - Third-party companies that assist in delivering services, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS) or payment processing (e.g., Stripe);
Enterprise Client - A corporate user providing unstructured data for processing and indexing under a service agreement.
By opening an account on the Website, the User can access StaffyAI’s core services, including transforming unstructured data into structured formats and indexing enterprise data. Each service engagement or data processing request made by the User constitutes a separate agreement, the Parties of which are the authorized User of the Website and StaffyAI Inc. When initiating a service, the scope, terms, and deliverables are defined.
To access services on StaffyAI, you need to register on the Website, for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form with the following data:
Name;
Company details (for enterprise users);
Email address;
Login password.
The User can register on the Website during the initiation of a service request and also before engaging with services. Before service access, registration/authorization takes place after the User selects “login” from the Website’s main menu. Login/authorization is possible in the following ways:
With a social network;
With Google;
By email.
The information indicated by them is complete and correct;
They are a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
They will not use another person’s personal identification information to register on the StaffyAI Website;
They will not use a name that may be humiliating and offensive to any other person;
They will not use the Website to spread false information;
They will not use the Website to impersonate another company, company employee, or any other person;
They will not violate the rights of another person by illegal and harmful actions;
They will not use a device or program, the purpose of which is to obtain information from the Website and/or interfere with normal functioning;
They will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing, and publication of information on StaffyAI: logo, icon, image, graphic, patent, trademark, design, and any proprietary algorithms or data models.
Users agree to:
Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations like GDPR;
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting data for processing;
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify StaffyAI immediately of any unauthorized use;
For enterprise clients, ensure that any data uploaded for transformation or indexing is owned or authorized by the User, and does not infringe on third-party rights;
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any StaffyAI software, algorithms, or outputs;
Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials that could damage the platform or other users’ data;
Comply with fair usage policies, including limits on data volume for free tiers (if applicable);
Pay all fees due for premium or enterprise services as per the agreed pricing.
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of the account.
All content on the StaffyAI website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data transformation algorithms, is the exclusive property of StaffyAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their internal business purposes. Users retain ownership of their input data, but grant StaffyAI a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and index such data solely to provide the services.
Outputs (structured data) generated by StaffyAI are owned by the User, subject to any embedded StaffyAI watermarks or usage restrictions. Users may not resell or redistribute outputs without permission.
StaffyAI retains all rights to anonymized, aggregated data derived from service usage for improvement and research purposes.
StaffyAI provides services to transform unstructured data (e.g., documents, emails, logs) into structured formats and index them for enterprise search and analytics. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
StaffyAI does not guarantee that the services will meet specific user needs or that outputs will be error-free. Enterprise clients are responsible for validating processed data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaffyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of the services.
StaffyAI’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Users indemnify StaffyAI against any claims arising from their uploaded data or misuse of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement:
For convenience, with 30 days’ written notice;
Immediately for material breach, if not cured within 10 days of notice.
Upon termination, Users must cease using services, and StaffyAI will delete processed data per the Privacy Policy, subject to retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your Location, e.g., Wilmington, Delaware]. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
StaffyAI may update these Terms and will notify users via email or site notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
